Carter Seaton, Sculptor

Carter Seaton is the sculptor of all the FaceVase, etc.designs. When Carter first began working in clay, she was taught the basics of wheel thrown pottery by a master of functional ware. But soon her work took a distinctly different form. Once she was shown how to alter the basic vessel into a face, the die was cast. Now basically a self-taught sculptor, she constantly studies people for the inspiration for her pieces.
